Chetoui ~ The extraordinarily robust, high phenol Organic Chetoui displays Tuscan style characteristics, a grassy aroma coupled with unique tasting notes of subtle berry fruit and bright citrus blossom. Contains both green fruit and ripe fruit notes – a bitter, fruity center with a ton of pungency.
Chiquitita ~ This relatively new cultivar is a cross between the iconic Spanish Picual and Arbequina varieties. Ours is sweet, delicate and hails from Portugal. Displays pleasant notes of green almond and olive. Rare!
Hojiblanca & Arbosana Private Reserve ~ A special limited edition blend of Chilean Hojiblanca and Arbosana. Creamy and complex with prominent notes of stone fruit, herbaceous green tomato leaf, and a desirable peppery finish.
Melgarejo Hojiblanca ~ Intense fruitiness, fresh, very complex and harmonious, with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato, green apple, and green almond; strong and astringent taste, the bitter and pungent intensity is comparable with the intensity of the fruitiness giving the oil a good balance and persistence; it is rounded off by an intense taste of green leaf, aromatic herbs, artichoke, green tomato, and green banana, which together make for an exceptional oil.
Nocellara ~ A coveted variety native to Sicily! This Nocellara has a lovely, distinct fruity aroma and floral hints. Pungent and spicy with slight, fleeting bitterness. This oil has middle notes of creamy green almond and artichoke as well as confectionary notes. A perfect choice for those that crave a little bite along with fruitiness.
Ogliarola ~ Made in the Puglia, this early harvest small batch Ogliarola displays herbaceous notes of bitter herb, creamy artichoke, and green apple. Gold Medal Winner, 2018 Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition!
Oro Bailen Piqual ~ Vibrant green color with intense green fruit notes of fresh olives. Great complexity of both herbaceous and fruity aromas, highlighted by green banana, green almond, and green tomato. Slightly pungent, the Oro Bailen Picual is a balanced and elegant oil both in the nose and mouth.

Eureka Green Limonato ~ Made by crushing very green olives with young Eureka Lemons. The result is an incredibly complex, aromatic fusion. By hand picking Eureka lemons at the precise moment for maximum lemon aroma and flavor, we were able to create this powerfully fragrant fused olive oil. Super concentrated, it’s the only example of its kind in the world. A little bit goes a long way! Try with seafood, poultry, in baking, biscotti, tea bread, salads, in marinades, spreads, dips, dressings and more.
Mandarin ~ Made with fresh Mandarin citrus fruit picked at its peak and crushed with fresh Chetoui olives. This fused citrus oil is redolent with the intense, bright flavor of fresh Mandarin zest.
